Location, very close to the beach and restaraunts. almost last hotel on a resort street so not much noise, friendly staff. Good budget hotel

Very close to the beach. Nice and polite staff.
No aircondition in our room, only fans. Bathroom very tiny and everything was pretty old espacially bed with totally unconfomrtable mattresses.

For breakfast you could get only sweets -lots and great, but missed some cheese, ham or something like that.

We came by car being told parking reservation is not needed and had problems where to park. Though in the most tourist area of Rimini staff only speaks Italian and by chance Russian (this helped otherwise they could not understand towels were not exchanged and soap was missing in the room). Balcony blinds could not be fully open, only cold water in the shower. Even water tap turning from other rooms could be heard of in the night, fortunately this was off-season and guests were ok, with young people in summer partying until morning no chance to sleep.

Close to beach.
Took payment from credit card without asking day before leaving, when I would have paid in cash. Toilet had shower hanging over it.

The room was very small, the bathroom olso very-very small no place to wash myself normaly, the breakfast is very poor.

Poor signal of WiFi. Small bathroom. Air Condition for extra charge. Beach on Rimini is not place for recreation.
